Star Cruises Genting Rewards ("SCGR") is open to any individual. |

Any person who is a member of the SCGR ("Member") will receive a confirmation email with a membership number. Member may collect the Star Cruises Genting Rewards card ("Card") onboard our ships. Member may nominate his/her spouse to be the supplementary cardholder ("Supplementary Cardholder") and Star Cruise (C) Limited ("Star Cruises") may at its absolute discretion issue an additional Card to the Supplementary Cardholder. Should Star Cruises issue an additional Card, both the Member and the Supplementary Cardholder shall be jointly and severally liable for the use of the Card and of the additional Card. The Supplementary Cardholder shall be subjected to and be bound by the same terms and conditions as the Member. Termination or cancellation of the Card shall automatically terminate the additional Card. The Member has the option to terminate the additional Card at any time by notifying Star Cruises in writing. |

The Points cannot be exchanged for cash. Generally the terms and conditions upon which the Points may be exchanged for rewards, including the number of Points required to be exchanged for any particular reward, and the procedures involved in redemption shall be determined by Star Cruises from time to time in its absolute discretion and may be amended or changed by Star Cruises from time to time without prior notice. |

The Points and the Card are not transferable. Any Points earned by the Member and the Supplementary Cardholder will be credited to the respective Membership account accordingly. |

| 5. |
Star Cruises shall be under no obligation to issue a replacement Card to the Member following its loss or theft. Should Star Cruises issue a replacement Card, Star Cruises shall be entitled to deduct a fixed number of Points determined by Star Cruises from time to time from the Member's account. In the event that there is insufficient number of Points in the Member's account, the Member shall upon request pay an administrative fee determined by Star Cruises from time to time in cash to Star Cruises for the replacement Card. |

Star Cruises may at its absolute discretion terminate the use of the Card by any Member at any time by cancelling the Card with or without prior notice and with or without cause. Upon such termination or cancellation, the Cardholder shall immediately return the Card and any additional Card to Star Cruises upon request. |

Star Cruises reserves the right to amend or supplement any or all of these terms and conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion. Star Cruises may notify the Cardholder of any such amendment or supplement in any manner as it may deem fit. The Member agrees to be bound by such amendment or supplement unless the Card or any additional Card are returned to Star Cruises for cancellation before the date upon which any amendment or supplement is effective. |

To ensure that our members/customers are well informed of Star Cruises Group of Companies' ("Star Cruises Group of Companies" shall mean Genting Hong Kong Limited and its subsidiaries, associated, affiliated or related companies) latest developments, activities, promotions and/or programs, please note that we shall consolidate all data/information obtained herein and previously obtained from any guest embarkation cards, application forms and/or enquiries of our members/customers and utilize the same among the Star Cruises Group of Companies for administration, operation, sales and marketing and promotional purposes. To access or correct any of such personal data, or decide not to receive any further product information or promotional materials from us, please contact us through the hotlines below. |

By using the Card, the Member shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions as amended and/or supplemented from time to time by Star Cruises. |

In the event of inconsistency between the English and Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
